Revision rounds cover consolidated feedback within the agreed scope. A round is all the feedback received before I start that revision pass; new requests that arrive after I’ve started belong to the next round. Fixing my own mistakes never uses up a round. New features or a change in creative direction are quoted separately.

Rounds beyond these are billed at $40/hour, with an estimate approved before work starts.

Founding Client Rates

To mark the launch of Atelier Aryn, website packages are available at 30% off the regular rate for bookings confirmed by November 30, 2026. There is no limit on the number of founding clients.

A booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed and the 50% initial payment is received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (EST, UTC−5) on November 30. Your production and launch dates are agreed separately.

The remaining 50% is due after approval of the final preview and before launch and final handover. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a booking or create a payment obligation.

  • The founding rate applies to website packages only. Additional options are not discounted.
  • External costs such as domain and hosting are excluded.
  • The founding rate also covers everything included in Website + Press Kit: the EPK PDF, business card and email signature.

What’s part of a founding project?

Founding projects include permission to present the work as a case study on Atelier Aryn’s website once your site has launched, and a small ‘Website by Atelier Aryn’ footer credit.

A testimonial is welcome only if you’re comfortable giving one; it isn’t required, and nothing is published with your name without your approval.

Founding clients also receive 3 content-update rounds within 12 months of launch. Send all the changes for a round together; each round covers up to 2 hours of work within the existing structure. New pages, sections, features or writing are separate work, and anything beyond the 3 rounds or 12 months is charged at the standard update rate.

Full terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

How long does the footer credit stay?

The footer credit stays on your site by default. From 12 months after launch, you can ask for it to be removed for a fee equal to the difference between the standard and founding rate for your package at booking. Any other exception is agreed in writing, project by project.

Optional Add-ons

Extend your package where needed. Separately purchased add-ons are charged at the prices below and are not eligible for the founding discount. Items already included in your package are not charged again.

Pages & Content

  • Additional Standard Page$100

One additional standard page using your website’s existing design system. Custom functionality and complex layouts are quoted separately.

  • Additional Language$200

One additional language for your package’s page allowance (up to 5 or 8 existing pages), using client-supplied translations. Includes translated content placement and basic language navigation. Additional pages or layout requirements are quoted before work begins.

    • You normally supply the final translated copy. If I prepare a translation, its scope and price are confirmed separately.
    • You approve every language version before it is published.
  • Additional Content Entry$80 / 20 items

Entry of 20 additional content items into an existing template using organized, ready-to-use materials. Item definitions and quantities are agreed before work begins.

Promotional Materials

  • Print-ready Business Card$120

One double-sided design using your website’s visual identity, with two consolidated revision rounds. Print-ready artwork included; printing and shipping are not included.

    • A digital image version of the card (one format, PNG or JPG) can be ordered as well as, or instead of, print files. Its price is confirmed in your proposal.
    • A QR code is added only if you ask for one. You choose one destination URL, and I test the code before delivery. Changing that URL after handover is a small, separately billed task.
    • You choose the printer, send me its specifications before design begins, place the order, and pay for printing and shipping.
    • You approve all contact details and the final proof before delivery; I also check for obvious typing errors.
  • Email Signature$70

One signature for one person, with two consolidated revision rounds, designed and checked for the email environment agreed before work begins.

    • Built and tested for Gmail on the web as the standard environment.
    • Your logo is included if the file you supply is legible at signature size; otherwise the signature is text-led.
  • Business Card + Email Signature$180

One double-sided business card design and one email signature using your website’s visual identity. The same scope and exclusions as the individual options apply.

  • PDF EPK$350

Up to 3 pages using your supplied copy and assets, with one consolidated revision round. Copywriting, translation, and photography are not included.

    • Compressed for sharing, with clickable links.
    • You supply the final EPK copy. Approved website text can be reused where it fits.
    • You supply the chosen images, or send candidates and we choose together. Photo work is limited to cropping and resizing, and photo credits are used exactly as you provide them.
    • You confirm you have the rights to the copy and photos you supply; I don’t source images or clear licenses.
    • The final PDF is the deliverable. Editable source files can be quoted separately and are provided as files only, without a tutorial.

Editing & Advanced Features

  • Custom Interactions & Advanced MotionFixed Quote

A fixed project fee agreed after defining the interaction, mobile behavior, accessibility, and performance requirements.

  • Post-launch Content Updates$40/hour

A 30-minute minimum applies ($20). Estimated time and cost are provided for approval before work begins. Any increase requires further approval.

What every website covers

  • Up to 5 standard pages for Portfolio Website, or 8 for Artist Website and Website + Press Kit, agreed by URL before the contract. Their web EPK page sits outside that allowance.
  • One language of your choice. Additional languages are an option below.
  • Standard third-party audio and video embeds. Custom players and complex interactions are scoped separately.
  • Links to, or embeds of, a third-party booking, ticketing or sales service, where that service allows it. An on-site booking system is not offered.
  • Restrained motion in keeping with your brand. More complex custom motion is scoped individually.
  • No visitor analytics or tracking is added to your site.

How we work together

  • We start over email or DM, and arrange a call when it’s useful. Quotes, scope, extra fees and approvals are always confirmed by email.
  • I generally reply to new inquiries within 3 business days.
  • A website usually takes 2–4 weeks once the required materials are ready and the agreed start date arrives. The exact schedule is confirmed before the contract.
  • I send updates at each major stage, and a preview link at each review stage after checking it myself.
  • Feedback is due within 5 business days unless we agree otherwise, and silence is never taken as approval. If feedback arrives late, I reschedule around my availability and let you know by email.
  • Payment is a 50% deposit at signing and 50% after final approval, before launch or handover.
  • Copy support, where agreed, can include short copywriting, editing your existing text, or interview-based writing. The exact deliverables and limits are listed in your proposal, with one copy revision included.

Good to know

You create and own your domain and hosting accounts, and pay domain, hosting and other third-party costs directly. I provide a setup guide and, if you’d like, help with the first domain connection and publication.

Printing, shipping and paid third-party services are separate costs. Copywriting, translation, photography and e-commerce are included only when expressly agreed.

Handover includes the published site, its source code, your account and renewal information, and a short guide to receiving inquiries, requesting edits and the outside services your site uses. My access is removed after handover; I’ll ask again only if you want later work.

I keep a copy of the final project for 5 years so I can help with future requests. Passwords, access tokens and visitor data are never kept in it.

From first conversation
to launch

Five clear stages. You work directly with me throughout, and every quote, scope change and approval is confirmed in writing by email.

  1. Stage 1: Conversation & project scope

You Tell me about your work, audience, goals and timeline, by email or DM. We arrange a call when it’s useful.

Atelier Aryn I propose the pages, features, price and schedule. Your booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received.

  2. Stage 2: Materials

You Gather your final copy, images, links and any brand materials, and make sure you have the right to use them.

Atelier Aryn I confirm the content list and the start date. The build usually takes 2–4 weeks from the agreed start, once the required materials are ready.

  3. Stage 3: Design & build

You Look over a first direction for the homepage; one light adjustment is included before the full build.

Atelier Aryn I design and build the site around that direction and let you know as each major stage is done.

  4. Stage 4: Review & revisions

You Review the preview and send your feedback together, normally within 5 business days. Silence is never taken as approval.

Atelier Aryn I check every preview myself before sending the link. Two full-site revision rounds are included.

  5. Stage 5: Launch & handover

You Create the domain and hosting accounts in your own name, following my setup guide, and approve the final site. The remaining 50% is due before launch.

Atelier Aryn I prepare the final site and, if you’d like, help connect your domain and publish it for the first time. You receive the source code, account and renewal details, and a short guide. My access is then removed.

You own your domain and hosting accounts and pay their recurring costs, and any other third-party costs, directly. They are not part of the design fee.

Questions

What do I need to prepare?

Your final copy, images, relevant links, and any existing brand materials. You should have permission to use everything you supply. I’ll confirm the content list with you before work begins.

How long will my project take?

A website usually takes 2–4 weeks once the required materials are ready and the agreed start date arrives. The exact schedule is confirmed before the contract. Feedback is due within 5 business days unless we agree otherwise; if it arrives later, I reschedule around my availability and let you know by email.

How many revisions are included?

Websites include one light homepage adjustment before the full build and two full-site revision rounds. Where copy support is agreed, it includes one copy revision. Business cards and email signatures each include two rounds; the PDF EPK includes one. A round is all the feedback received before I start that revision pass, and fixing my own mistakes never uses one up. Revisions are available for 30 days after handover.

Can I update the website myself?

Self-editing isn’t offered at the moment. After launch, I make content changes for you: simple changes are $40/hour with a 30-minute minimum ($20), and larger changes receive a fixed quote.

Are domain and hosting included?

No. You create and own your domain and hosting accounts and pay their costs, and any other third-party costs, directly. I provide a setup guide and, if you’d like, help with the first domain connection and publication. My access is removed after handover.

What is the difference between a web EPK and an EPK PDF?

A web EPK is a page on your website. An EPK PDF is a separate document you can send to venues, press, and collaborators. Artist Website and Website + Press Kit include a web EPK page, outside their 8-page allowance; Website + Press Kit also includes the PDF.

What happens after launch?

Revisions are available for 30 days after handover. After that, simple changes are $40/hour with a 30-minute minimum ($20), and larger changes or new features receive a fixed quote.

What are the founding-client conditions?

Founding projects include permission to present the work as a case study once your site has launched, and a small Atelier Aryn footer credit. A testimonial is welcome only if you’re comfortable giving one; it isn’t required. Founding clients also receive 3 content-update rounds within 12 months of launch, each covering up to 2 hours of work within the existing structure. Beyond that, standard update rates apply.

How long does the footer credit stay?

The footer credit stays on your site by default. From 12 months after launch, you can ask for it to be removed for a fee equal to the difference between the standard and founding rate for your package at booking. Any other exception is agreed in writing, project by project.

When is my booking confirmed?

After the scope and agreement are accepted and the 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due after final approval, before launch or handover. An inquiry alone does not confirm a booking.

Tell me about your project.

Share what kind of project it is, what you’d like the website to do, and when you hope to launch. You don’t need every detail figured out.
